Sonder is built on the belief that fashion should create positive change, not just in the way we look, but in the way we live, produce, and give back to the world around us.
When we accept returns:
- Manufacturing defects: Stitching failures, fabric flaws, broken hardware, or any fault arising from the production process. If it left our hands imperfect, we take full responsibility.

Damage: Items that arrive visibly damaged due to handling or shipping. Please photograph the parcel and the item upon receipt so we can process your claim swiftly.

Incorrect items received: If you received a different product, size, or colour than what you ordered, we'll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
